Ordering & eligibility
What does “for research use only” mean?
Our products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes by qualified researchers. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use. You must be 21 or older and a qualified researcher to purchase.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Yes. For bulk inquiries and volume pricing, email info@equoralab.com.
Products & quality
How do I know the product is what it says it is?
Every batch is analyzed by an independent, third-party U.S. laboratory, using HPLC with UV detection coupled with mass spectrometry, with endotoxin and sterility screening. The COA for each lot is published on our Lab Reports page. No recycled PDFs, no mystery vials. The laboratory that tested each lot is named on its certificate of analysis and on that product’s Specifications tab.
What purity should I expect?
Batches are released at high purity (typically greater than 99% by HPLC). The exact figure for your lot is on its COA and the product’s Specifications tab.
What is the shelf life of unopened vials?
Each lot lists a best-by date on its COA. Stored as directed (frozen, lyophilized), peptides are typically stable 12–24 months. Actual stability depends on the compound and storage.
Shipping
How fast do you ship, and from where?
In-stock orders ship the same day on business days from the USA, tracked and discreetly packaged. Free shipping on orders over $200.
Will the peptide survive shipping at room temperature?
Yes. Products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, stable at room temperature during transit. Store frozen on arrival; refrigerate after reconstitution.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Three ways to pay: cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum and more, sent directly to our own self-hosted gateway), Venmo (through our Venmo business profile, using the payment link provided at checkout), and bank transfer (we email you an invoice with payment instructions after you place your order). All prices are shown in USD. We do not process credit or debit cards at this time.
Do I need crypto to pay?
No. If you don’t hold cryptocurrency, pay with Venmo or by bank transfer — both work with the money already in your bank account, and we never ask for your card number or banking login. Bank transfers are sent by you, from your own bank, using the instructions on your invoice.
Are there extra fees?
Equora doesn’t add a surcharge, a convenience fee, or a minimum order charge — the price you see is the price you pay, plus any shipping shown at checkout. Blockchain network (gas) fees on crypto payments, and any fee your own bank charges for a transfer, are set by the network or your bank, not by us.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds go back the way the payment came: crypto refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, Venmo refunds return to the sending Venmo account, and bank-transfer refunds return to the account the payment came from. Venmo business-profile payments also carry Venmo Purchase Protection. Full details are in our Payment & Billing and Shipping & Returns policies.
Returns & support
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because these are sensitive research materials, we can’t accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive products. Unopened, unused items may be eligible — contact us first. See Shipping & Returns.
How do I contact you?
Email info@equoralab.com — include your order number or batch number. We reply within one business day.
